As the original consumer of ZAYTOUN CUSTOM CABINETS, you have purchased cabinetry built to the highest standards of workmanship and materials.

WE will repair, replace or re-manufacture all defects in material and workmanship of our products for one year from date of purchase.

WE will repair, replace, or re-manufacture doors which are warped ¼” or more, excluding single-panel doors wider than 24” or higher than 48” for one year from date of purchase.

 

Limitations:

The options to either re-manufacture, replace, or repair defects subject to this limited warranty and the performer of the work required under this limited warranty are subject to the determination or approval of Zaytoun Custom Cabinets. This warranty only applies to the original consumer purchaser of these products and at the original site of installation only.

    

WE do not warrant against colorfastness of the finish or the aging, yellowing or discoloration of our products unless caused by a defect in material or workmanship.

    

Failure to maintain a climate and humidity controlled environment for your cabinetry will void your warranty.

    

WE reserve the right to alter the specifications and styles of our products without notice. However, every attempt will be made to duplicate the original product. Replacement parts are subject to availability from our suppliers.

Consequential Damages:

WE EXCLUDE AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, including but not limited to expenses incurred in removing and reinstalling any item or product.
